{Last weekend at Weave 2014 fair…}

Last weekend I made something interesting work 🙂 I help a friend of my to work at the Weave 2014 fair. She stands there with her company, Svensk Ullberedning that preparing wool blankets… She has an old maskin that use real burdocks.. You can see a movie on her website http://svenskull.se

Unfortunately I forgot to take photos on her wool blankets but I got a few minutes over to look at the fair and shoot a few photos with my iPhone.

 

And when I walk to the bus the first day I saw in some stores that the they becom to prepare for the Swedish annual meeting for Rickstäcket that starts 3/10-5/10 in Umeå 🙂 you could see different quilts in the shopping windows….

a while ago I got a charm pack in a gift 🙂 it has just been waiting to become something 😉 so just after Christmas, my friend Stina take part in a sew along on Facebook. I took part in this one too and use my little charmpack with color that I not use …. this was the first time I sewed a blockhouse box 🙂 tricky but fun. The blocks are clear 4 ” finish and this is what I came up too…
After that I got some fabrics leftover and made a birthday present to my friend Stina 🙂

I just love the cute pattern, mini spools, from Timble blossoms made by Camille Roskelly

I have always loved watercolor paintings picture and right now I like to use the waterlogue app for my iPad/iPhone and do some make-over on my photos 😉
