I think I got the inspiration to sew:) After both quilted and sewed edge band, which actually was really good to be made ​​by me that is not any great ”lovers” of the blue. But as Louise said it is good to ”broaden their horizons. ”  Stina asked what happened?!  I Do not know, but it just happened and sometimes you surprise yourself ..

And after that I took and started to quilt a lot of  ”toppar”  that has been finish a very long time :O  so now my sewing machine worked for several days and it’s fun so

just before Christmas I received an order for my work friend to make a baby quilt for her grandson. It had become a challenge for me just because she wished it would go in the blue, purple, green and turquoise colors. First of all, I am not a blue person. Some blue fabrics I could not find at home and here where I live, there is unfortunately no quilt shop. It was also too close to Christmas to have time to order fabric from USA. But after some searching I found some blue fabric and the rest were already in stock:) The result could you see on the photos  and must say I was as happy as  I can get to not liking blue colors

What else have I done this month! Well a few Christmas gifts that need some few hand stitching and then they are ready be sent to their new owner, Stina and Louise Better late than never .. One of these receivers is my friend Louise who is so quick with most things that she was ready to send her little Christmas present for me before Christmas I´ll show you what a wonderful little Christmas quilt she made and now it hangs in the living room in my house

The weekend got to fast and I started with some small project that I had on mine list First of all to made me a new little wallet to the summer. But it in the end I did two and now I hope they works well to use the credit cards and money ..

I also started to sew a Tilda doll to one of my friend but forgot to take photo but it´ll came when the doll is ready
At last Christmas a got a layer cake, Moda´s Rouenneries French Generals.  I had no idea what to to do with this one but yesterday when I look at some Homespun magazines I found a pattern and got the idea to use this layer cake.. So at Stina I put my fabrics up at her design wall and now I know what I will do this week between my work and homework

I also got my block from blocks switching between Louise and Stina .. Last week, I know that Louise was his block and it will be so exciting to see what she puts together with them .. Many thanks to you ladies of the only blocks … I hope you have time to continue to fall.
