I made my first block done in Lynette Anderssons bom..

And I finishs the embrodyr too my mugbag too so now it´s time to do the bag with this. I found a nice mugbag in on issue of Homespun (7:4) and our quiltgroup decide to do one for them self to have on our meetings..

The eastern-weekend was nice and we had a wonderful hotel-weekend. This weekend I had a meeting with my friends ”Kviltarna” in Piteå. But before  I went away me and my family was away and ski. We had a wonderful weather with lots of sun and good skiing surface

On Saturday morning I pack my car with sewing-machine, fabrics and notions for a weekend together wit my friends.. Nice :) One of the girls is waiting on her second baby about two weeks and Lotta had done this beautiful ”baby-cake” with lot of goodies for a newborn baby..

Last time when we had a meeting Cici done this nice sewing-bag and a bird to hide her mesuringtape. She also done this two cute fabric-dolls..

Last April Stina and I went to Louise for a sewing week. Stina and I had fabrics to do a quilt called ”Old Love” and it is a Swedish quilt-pattern from Tyger & Ting. Louise was trilled to do one for here to, so when Cicis saw ours she made on for herself too and this weekend she made this on ready. Look so nice quilt she done

We had a lots of fun with talk and laugh. Some of us need a little nap and took her quilt-work and done this…Sorry Stina! I could not resist to take a photo of you..

I helgen har ”Kviltarna” träffats och sytt hela helgen. Men innan det for vi i familjen till Malå och åkte slalom. Vi hade kanonväder med en klarblå himmel och perfekta slalombackar. På lördagsmorgonen packade jag bilen full med symaskiner, tyger och en övernattingsväska och styrde mot Piteå. Som vanligt är det så härligt att träffas och vi har det så trevligt ihop. Lotta som är den som producerar massor av oss alla mellan våra träffar hade gjort den underbara ”Baby-tårtan” som finns på bild här ovan. Den var fylld med alla möjliga saker som kan behövas till en nyfödd baby. Cici som är den som ska ha barn inom 2 veckor hade gjort massor av fint som hon visade upp och som jag inte kunde låta bli att fotografera. Bra jobbat Cici!

Vissa av oss blir så trötta att det är behövligt för en liten sovstund på eftermiddagen och man tager vad man haver som täcke Stina tog sin ”Quilters Journal”  som var hennes arbete under helgen och använde som täcke (det drog lite kallt på golvet)..

Så nu är man full av inspiration för att fortsätta till nästa möte som blir långt borta, först i slutet av Maj. Men det får gå det också

Today we have blue sky, sun and – 7 degree. A perfect day to bee out and walk or something like that Today I´ll do some more of this estarnbag to put some goodies in them.. Did this one for 2 years ago to my daughter instead for an  estarn egg. So now I thought my brothers girls get one too.

When I put some few eastern-things yesterday I found this old egg in my drawer and I think they looks very nice..

Before I leave my sewing-room and go away I have done that almost everyone on the bloggworld have done! I made my first bomblock that comes from Lynette Andersson and will take this with me when I goes away this eastern…
